How To Help
OPMAD, Inc. is a non-profit, parent-run organization that provides after-school programs in three Hartford public schools.
As civic participation declines in urban areas, OPMAD provides a means to use local human and organizational resources, link people to each other, create higher expectations for academic and community achievement and strengthen families. The outcome is increased academic success for children and informed civic engagement.
OPMAD needs help from you to continuously provide these valuable services to our children and parents. Your gift will help us help the many families that need our services. Your gift will support the staff and technology as well as improve our resources and tools.
Wish List:
In an effort to keep our costs down OPMAD accepts donations made in the form of materials and office equipment.
The following is list of some of the items we are in need, however if you wish to make a donation of any item please give us a call at (860) 548-0301 or send us an email indicating the item you would like to offer.
Before sending your donation to OPMAD make the necessary arrangements by calling our offices. We can not accept any packages unless a prior contact has been made with one of our staff.
